With a career spanning nearly three decades, Celine is a seasoned disputes lawyer recognised for her depth of expertise in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Since her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 1996, she has remained dedicated to delivering strategic, results-driven counsel. Her practice encompasses high-stakes corporate and commercial disputes, construction and engineering matters, forensic investigations, and land acquisition. Celine is highly regarded for her advocacy and has appeared before all tiers of the Malaysian Courts. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Celine also holds key appointments with prominent regional Arbitral Institutions.

Oommen Kurien

Oommen was called to the Malaysian Bar in July 2005 and maintains a broad commercial practice, bringing extensive experience to complex, high-value, and multi-party disputes. His work is characterised by a deep involvement in the intricacies of corporate conflict, with a particular emphasis on shareholder disputes, civil fraud, conspiracy, and allegations of corporate wrongdoing. Beyond the boardroom, Oommen regularly advises on heavy-industry claims, specifically those arising from the oil and gas sector. His expertise includes navigating disputes related to the construction and operation of offshore platforms and other large-scale infrastructure projects. A seasoned litigator, Oommen has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian Courts and has represented a diverse range of clients in both domestic and international cross-border proceedings.
